Attorney Mindy Farber served as an attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Justice in the nineteen eighties when many of the job protections we know today came into being. In 1991, Ms. Farber brought her experience to employees and employers throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C., area by opening Farber Legal in Rockville/North Bethesda. We believe Farber Legal is one of the first law firms in Maryland to dedicate itself to the practice of labor and employment law.
